Help i'm halfway through putting my EL xr front onto my EL gli but the re bar doesnt fit on the new bar, i just went to the wreckers and got a ef re bar but it dont fit either! What are you supposed to use? is there a special EL xr one or somthing

hmmm strange.. how doesn't it fit - bolt holes wrong?

on the top it hits on the light shroud and on the bottom it hits on the 2 vent things.. so i ground it down on both sides so i could get it to sit where it should and the bolt holes dont line up very well, thats why i brought the ef one but its exactly the same pretty much

are you meaning the reo inside the bar
if so you need to grind the top lip down if you are using the non XR reo as they are modded
