THE TRIM UNDE RTHE DOORS ON A 93 EB FALCON... HOLLOW? THEY ALL RUSTED AND s**t WELL A FEW HOLES JUST WONDERING IS IT POSSIBLE TO JSUT PUTTY EM UP COS I DONT HAVE ACCES TO A MIG OR AN ARC FOR THAT MATTER. I HATE IT LOOKI LIKE AN OLD HACK FROM OUT THE BUSH. (FUNNY I AM FROM THE BUSH HAHA) :?

By the trim under the door you mean the sill panel right? You can putty them up with body filler, sand it back and paint it over i guess, but rust will come back sooner or later. But for now, it may be a qucik fix to make it look better

YEHA THAT IT I THINK I AINT EXACTLY WHAT YOU CALL... MECHANICALLY MINDED I JUST DO THINGS THE EASY WAY

SO ARE THE "SILL" PANELS HOLLOW OR SOLID SO THE PUTTY HAS SOME BACKING OR DO I HAVE TO WELD A BACKING PLATE IN?

YEAH CHEERS GUYS

ANY OTHER TIPS? I NEED EM I DUN HAVE MUCH LUCK WID MY CAR IT BEEN THROUGH A BIT

1- CRASHED IT BOUT A MONTH AFTER I HAD IT TENTED THE FLOOR PAN AND DRIVERS SIDE SHOCK AND SNAPPED A BUMBER CLIP
2- IM THE DRIVER
3- SMASHED RIGHT HEADLIGHT AFTER HITTIN A BIRD AT 170
4- IM THE DRIVER
5- SUM1 TRIED 2 STEAL IT THE DRIVERS SIDE KEYHOLE IS FIRKED
6- IM THE DRIVER
7- FUEL GOT SYPHONED OUT AND THEY TOOK THE FUEL CAP
8- ITS A BEAUTY

well my trap door was gone wen i got it so dunno i was mega p****d id filled up that morn and they took 1/4 tank a jerry can full suppose
at the f**k train station and i was broke so that $30 of fuel was like gold to me

yes the sills are hollow. it depends on how much rust there is, usually body filler will harden and cover the hole if its / they are not too big.

Don't just use bog, it will fall out. Fibreglass first then bog to smooth it over.
