Hey guys
i just went to go pick up and dinner,
i got out of my car, walked bout 2m and then locked my car (XR6 AU SERIES 3)
Then the horn just constantly kept going so i diconnected them
what could be causing this?
they car still locks fine, but its like the go button for the horn is constanly on
any help would be appreciated

Humm well thia happened to me in my ED, it was the horn button its self (in the steering wheel) usualy, or the contacts in the relay might have welded together :shock:

Christ it was inbarresing :oops: , sitting in the main street with the horn going non stop :oops:

most probably, maybe a plug under the dash has come apart or something like that

trust me got through a automatic car was... fixes most horn issues...

Hmm, thats interesting indeed.. the cruise uses steering wheel mounted buttons, yeah?? i wonder if somethings come astray in the wheel/contact ring itself...

went to ford
the whole center set up, aig bag , horn, cruise control collasped, explains everything
but now im outta pocket bout $800 :(
