My spoiler has the same holes as these to hold the spoiler down (MVC-003Lj.JPG)

Also mine came with some unique screws with a metal plate at the end, i'll post pics up tomorrow night.

People would start going nuts if they found out how much I paid for my GT spoiler (genuine or not)

Hmmm.....

The workshop manual doesn't indicate the use of anything that looks even remotely like that bolt that you've shown.

Now, having said that.....

The manual shows a bolt stud coming down from the spoiler itself.

Could it be that one of these bolts with the plate attached was placed inside the spoiler (to come of one of the holes that is located in the recesses on either side).

Without having the bolts here to try it, I'd be inclined to say that's what they're for. If you've only got two bolts, I'd say that would be it. Give it a try.

The sticker on your lamp doesn't match mine. I would say that they're just from different production batches.

Will

Those bolts pictured above, come to think of it were held in there and I had to use a hammer to bash them out.

Do you think I have a genuine one?
the car we got the GT kit off had other orginal GT stuff on there (sorry all the parts are gone)

Thanks Adam
