long story short. hit a kangaroo the other night that was peacefully "sleeping" in the middle of the road, and thought to myself
"i may be getting that gt kit painted alot soon than i thought".
however the damage to the car was very minor, the front bumper popped straght back out and is only a little shakey and other than some blood on my nice white car all was fine.
or so i thought

my right hand in headlight doesnt work properly any more

can anyone tell me if... (sorry about the technical terms) the big bulb in the big light has 2 stages, because it lights up with the high beams but not with the lows (make sense?)

i have xr headlights to replace the standard ones when i put the gt kit on so it dosent really bother me if there f**k, was just hopeing to flog them of on e-bay when i did

Can't help ya a lot with the globe but it sounds like it has just blown the low beam stage.

Oh yeah, thats why I have a bullbar!  Have hit two roos two foxes and countless bunnys and birds. Only damge was a slightly bent piece of mesh over the right headlight!

Have you ever thought about playing some carmageddon to relieve some of that tension? lol

Double check your wiring, and swap the globe from your xr headlights over (if you got a bulb with them) just to see if its the bulb that has blown which it sounds like it has. Does your park lights work? for all I know they run off the same circuit.
