Not my taste and to answer your question, I'd personally call it 'rice', but so long as the owner is happy with it I couldnt care less, sure I'd have a laugh if i seen it driving around as we all do to some cars, but not to say people dont laugh at me in a Fairlane.. They proberly think its my Grandpa's car lol.

When i first saw it, i thought OMG!! why?

But then the more I look at it, I like it. How boring would it be if we all had our falcons look the the same. To me, my car would look tough as, slamed, big wheels, big fat front bar, decent skirts and rear bar. I know lots of people on here would probably agree with the styling. But if all our cars followed the same reciepe, damn they would be boring.

Its different, its outside the square, I like. Not saying I'd do it, and agree with the neons, but hey, obviously the owner does.

Definately rice, but I like it's not ugly it's clean it's not over showy (i mean when the neons are turned off it wouldn't stand out ) and I must admit I don't mind seeing cars with underbodys done right.

Those lights would be cool if you needed to do work underneath the car.
