They will bolt straight on.
Only problem is with the offset difference they will hang out of your guards a good inch or so and look somewhat bogan.

And if the car is lowered and you go over a hump, most likely the tyres will hit your wheel arch...

See if you can find replicas in AU offset.

they stick out about an inch, and if you have superlows its gona fuk your s**t up, my mate did it with his au and thought it was fully sik uleah! but it was just bogan vn spec driving
