defenatly fibreglass, plastic tooling moulds for a bar that big would cost hundreds of thousands,you would want to be making heaps of them to be cost evective.Glasss is the only option i'm afraid!!

Those moulds cost 10's of thousands - If you are thinking about plastic your dreaming!
