With all the hype of "Knight Rider's" David Hasselhoff coming out to Australia next week, and the new movie coming soon, I found an item on eBay (from the UK), which is an LED kit to put those blinking lights in the front end of your car as in "Knight Rider", where would be a good place to position them on my car?

Maybe below the licence plate in the mesh grille, as the NL bonnet grille has minimal air space going through it.

How easy would it be to wire it up? Do I wire the lights up to the cigar lighter - so the lights will only illuminate on the "ACC" ignition position?

wire them up to a switch.... without it, the light will be on all the time the car is on acc or running..... and cops will LOVE that!

i was thinking of modifying the LED bar in my rear spoiler so it had two modes - all on and scanning, when the brake pedal was applied, but decided it would have just been a big giant wankfest.

Oh well, what can you do - I bought the Knight Rider Blooper DVD from Canada instead - should get it in two weeks time - just add it to my Knight Rider Season One DVD boxed set I got for my birthday last monday from my g/f.

They would fit well into the front of the EL XR front bar where the Ford badge is. But its rice.

yeah, because we wouldnt want the driver behind you distracted from their mobile phone conversation, by your brake lights flashing all over the place, alerting them to the fact you've locked up and they are about to ram into you.

lol I've got that kit made up, sitting at home doing nothing. I wouldn't ruin my lane with something like that.. Maybe the mower.
