I was going to suggest the same as ndroo.
Has anyone else noticed another place that water gets into the boot from is the petrol filler? When I wash my car if I blast the petrol filler with the hose, I occasionally find a bit of water under the boot carpet.

an alternative to a hose is lock urself in the boot with a torch then get someone to put ur car thru a drive-thru carwash

yer gets in from the filter cos there are rubber things in the boot such as where wiring runs for a tralior however u spell it n just various other plugs, i guess it depends how well your plugs are holding up as to how well they keep the water out...or in...if you want to be different.

My Sportsman does it when it rains real hard or for a long time, not driving..
The fbt hasnt had a drip in it thank goodness! Also nearly ruined my pioneer 6 stacker dvd player too; WOULD HAVE BEEN p****d!

my fairmont boot leaked i pulled my spare tyre out one day and there was a swimming pool there waiting for me !!!
it was leaking from the rubber gromet for the tailight globe (a bit of silicon fixed it) sounds like ur problems are diffrent tho just thought id add my leak just incase |

me i had mine and it stuffed the boot carpet and my dad locked me in the boot and i had the torch and looked around looked around some more then my dad got in and had a look and we did this for ages and bout 200ltrs of water but i ended up finding it and it was around the filler so i put silican around the filler on the inside and i have never had a leak since that was a year ago. getting in the boot with a torch is the way the panel beaters do it. and also i dont have petrol smell in the car when i over fill it, cant afford to do that to much now....... v expensive petrol

mine leaked terribly when i got it, mostly when it was parked facing downhill, and water would sit in the front of the channels around the boot.
did the thing with a mate and a torch, got a general idea where it was coming from and covered the area with selleys all clearr... not a drop since.

remove the plastic plug on the underside of the boot lid next to your lock, to allow the water to run down and not build up in the boot lid, will save your stackers and subs, i know it aint a fix but just until u can fix it

well i crashed the 'ol girl so when it comes back it can be the smash repairers problem as there 'was no leaking boot b4 the accident' IYKWIM!
