lol i remeber you metioning something about gold high lights so in my spare time (between weeping) i did this mod and all it cost was a can of mettalic gold paint... and i undid the spear from th bonnet for fear of over spray.. and i thought the gold would compliment the chrome and bling style...

think i will just go all out and bling the shizzle out of her....

why not your already half way there. lol

Its a shame the grill on the EF/EL is a non functioning part of the car its just that a grill, it would be good if air could pass through it into the engine bay to help keep the engine bay temp down

Has any one got a functional grille? i would love to see pics or the method they used on how to do it. If i was going to mod my grille, it would def be very similar to fordfreak ef, love your grille, makes her look real tuff.

yeah i was thinking more on the lines of what you have done except keep the colour on the cross bar where the logo sits. maybe even go chrome mesh and black background

imo, it already looks like chrome mesh with the white paint behind it, from a distance anyway.....

yeah i got a bit of time to spare over the next few weeks so i think i might turn my grille into a functional grille too. I have an EL grille so will probably start off with something similar to fordfreak and go from there.

80k's and not a touch on the brakes killed it on the spot. It covered the whole front end in blood so bad the headlights couldnt shine the light out much.

i have done the same as ford freak, but spear same colour as car, i had a topic on here about it i will try and find it, i gave up on making it active as there is too much crap behind the bonnet, then you have like this steel sheet under the black plastic part on top of the bumper bar. probably can be done but requires a lot of work that i thought it wasnt worth it.
