And drying wise, I painted it a week before they went on, so it was well dried.

I'm thinking about doing something to my 'pacemaker blue' extractors.

And wanna do my rocker cover in body colour.

I've painted extractors semi-succesfully before. Used this "magnesium silver" heat proof paint that was rated to something like 1300-1800 degree Fahrenheit.

Most of the extractors was fine, just the very top edges after it came out of the head it bubbled a bit.

It'd be nice to find some decent stuff as I have a few small chips/rust spots in my pacemaker blue paint.

That was sort of the idea I had, that having already the pacemaker blue, it would be easier to paint overtop. Not so. Now have to try and find some very high temp rated paint.
