Got EB Fairmont Ghia, Been looking for new bare bars for it, but only ones I can find are on the other side of the country on ebay (too large & expensive to ship.) and the local parts joint wants to sell me brackets, reinforcement, etc saying they only come in the full kit.
Anyone know where in sydney I can get a couple of new bare bars?

I think this place sells them, not Sydney, but this side of the country. Auto plastic repairs ph. 62976736. Address is 150 Gilmore rd Queanbeyan. I hope this helps.

There used to be a place in Seven Hills that did them.
Last time I went there they were called: Bumper bar reconditioners. The fixed old bars and restored them to brand new ... I got a reco'ed XF bar from there ... they did damn good work too ... and had all of the different moulding strips there as well.

any reason you need a new bare bare? You can have mine for $20 which is nice and straight - pickup near Parramatta. Just a thought!

Cheaper to buy and paint bare bars than to strip, smooth, tidy and paint used ones. my bars are gr8, but the paint is rooted.
