like all things

ebay
canada
about $90AU not cheap.

but as i said, its not a 'easy' task to do .. you need to remove your headlight lenses/glass with a heatgun or in an oven then glue it to the back of it (but for xr's its difficult as not the whole headlight is visible because of the f**k poorly designed bumper)

so once uve done that, u have to glue it all back together. worst part being there is no SPECIFIC size for ours only for e36 and e46 bmws

Dont stick em together properly just put em together to hold for a pic, tape around the outside or couple of small drop of glue.

There about 13.5cm in diameter, as you know a xr headlight's bumper vision is around the 6-8cm mark i think roughly. so no chance of even doing that .. ive already thought of that dont worry :)

currently ripping mazda 6 headlights apart, has even a auto height adjuster on it which i might retro fit to my xr beams or for the spotty projectors.

mre did is projector spottys.. bit bouncy but i really wanna mount them in / mould them in properly, so least if i dont want them i can put them to gfs xr6.

Yes. I want to see the projectors in and how you mount them. I really wanna know how you set them up so they can be aimed properly. Can't wait

With the projector will you need to remove the reflector... will it cause too much light?

I hope I can oneday do this to au lights but atm no idea how to

projectors have a angle beam already built in.

theres a right and left, so no need for glass to direct them infront. you just have to aim them properly when fitted i suppose!

What do you plan to do with the reflector? Remove it and make some sort of backing?

If I was to try to do it on au lights im not sure what to do as there is so much reflector :x

Its gonna be interesting to see the end result and if it has any benefits. Btw how much did it cost you to get the projectors if you don't mind me asking?

I was thinking maybe a place that fixes damaged cars might have some smashed monaro lights around or something i could grab them from for next to nothing.
