Do it yourself, Much cheaper and the results are much more satisfying. I have just about finished mine. Not including compressor and gun has cost me 400 so far. Just gotta lay on the clear coat

^^ where did you get your compressor? dammit! i want to buy one but they are really expensive!
largey: if you are prepared to head in the other direction, i know of a good panel shop in cairns. he is one of the best. only if you are serious though |

I got my compressor from Repco, then some air lines and 2 guns. 1 for clear and 1 for colour. Guns were 90 each, airline was 40 odd and compressor was 160. but also came with a air gun and a tyre inflator. Then i needed fittimgs for the hose, so probably 1k total, but this has been spread out over a year. I buy the essentials when i can afford them, and the paint as i need it. Paint was 75 a litre and i have brought 4 litres so far, and 3 litres of clear. Clear goes on this afternoon if the wind doesnt pic up
