Hey yeh how stupid of me :roll: :oops: anyone have any high series moulds from el fairmont sedan, fairlane, or wagon with either fairlane or wagon dog leg mould they want to part with in melbourne or anywere for that matter. :D

looks great as said, tint the widnows. put the moulds back on and get your painted mirrors on
Will look pimping when you do all that and lower it!

The green looks hot IMO. Get rid of the bonnet vents, bonnet protector, black flames and put a BA bonnet buldge on it and it would have looked tops.

I also like the new paint job. Top effort dude.

Unfortunately not - the door strips are different length (believe it or not) - because they have chrome strips, I'd think cutting them would make them look out at of place. The portion behind the rear door is different length also.

Try some of the wreckers, self serve, etc - EF fairmont wagon is your best option fitwise.
IIRC the EL fairmont wagons have the chrome strips as per fairlane/LTD, but to get them in reasonable condition may be a challenge, plus the side indicator surrounds will require the fairlane/LTD round clearside indicators (which are still available from ford).

IMO EL wagon taillights would be a good addition also.

Head on over to Harvey's Wreckers (the pick-a-part) Baxter they have a couple of EF/L wagons in there as of yesterday and a couple of Fairmonts too

I have been over to harveys a few times, not to bad now they have cleaned it up. Are the fairmonts ELs or EFs?

What do you guys think about the decals for the hood buldge? yes or no. And I have a hand full of tickford badges, should I put them back on or not?
