Not a whole lot - respray it entirely.
It'd be cheaper in the long run if you have any other bits needing attention to get them done at same time too tho.

Im about to get my drivers side one done on tuesday, ill know a $$$ price then.

Heya mate, i color coded my recently but mine had chips to, i know how ya feel, i done my front bumper aswell at the same time with the paint. Works out heeps well if you get more done together, maybe get something in your engine bay done with the paint or interior. Get the paintcode from your car and by the paint yourself and try get a backyard job mate and then you can keep the paint for anything else in the future.

About $50-$60 for a panel beater to paint a mirror if you remove it.
