Is there a polishing product that can remove all those very fine scratches in paint, so it appears there are no scratches at all?

The paint on my car is very good and I have polished it to a point where there a no more "swirl scratches" but there is a few occasional very very faint straight line scratches left. Is there any product that is so fine it will take those out and leave the paint completely scratch-less?
