Hey guys I want to drive down to autobarn just quickly, but my front bar is off. Is it illegal to drive with no front bar or what?

its been done before. You should get away with it, but im unsure on the legalities! If theres another car it would be easier to take that :)

depending on what cop you get if its there good day or bad day...my mum went to drive with out a front bar and thay were going to fine her for it but let her go and told her that you were not to do it again...

My front bar snapped, I angle grinded a big chunk out of it. I'll go take a pic now and you guys can let me know if it'll be a problem, lol.

eh i drove about 1 month with no front bar, just put my number plate up on the dash and no dramas

let ya know it is a defectable item to have no front bar but cops arnt usally to hard on it, number plate on dash is a finable item cause cameras ect cant read them , but i drove round for almost 2 months with out my front and only got told once on the day i was goin to refit it to get it on lol went past heaps of cops just got some wanna be hero in a undercover car tell me

shouldnt be as its not a streght area only thing i can see they might winge about is sharp edges but you shouldnt have any probs

by the way how ya f**k ya front bar and why cut it up ??

just put ya reo on and wire ya numnber plate on the reo........... gets around the law because you technically have a front bar given it is the REO but what is 5mm of plastic infront of the reo...
