my rear skirt arrived for the wagon the other day, and I just relised it doesn't have a hole for the towbar!
 what's the best way to cut fiberglass?

cutting wheel on a die grinder would work best
or drill a hole then use a fine cutting tooth bit in a jigsaw then some rubber insert to go around the square hole any rubber shop should be able to help you out with that |

if you're gonna be cutting fibreglass, get some dust masks, and be prepared to go for a cold shower afterwards.....

id say it would be due to not getting the fibres in your skin.
skin pours open up when you get hot,close when you get cold
