my rear skirt arrived for the wagon the other day, and I just relised it doesn't have a hole for the towbar! what's the best way to cut fiberglass?

cutting wheel on a die grinder would work best
or drill a hole then use a fine cutting tooth bit in a jigsaw
then some rubber insert to go around the square hole any rubber shop should be able to help you out with that

if you're gonna be cutting fibreglass, get some dust masks, and be prepared to go for a cold shower afterwards.....

id say it would be due to not getting the fibres in your skin.
skin pours open up when you get hot, close when you get cold
