i painted my rover cover today and when i was putting it back grease and some dirt got on it. just wondering what i should i use to remove the grease and dirt. i was thinking of using cut and polish to remove the grease and polish it a little. will that work? and will it remove the paint? i put about 4 lays of paint of it..

i dont know how to upload photo to the web site? if some one can tell me i can put some before and after shots...

just to let you know that i was looking at your other thread a couple of days a go and said to my self that i got to paint my rocket cover. so i done it today. it was hard putting it back in trying to put the gasket in while lining up the rocket cover. also the throttle cable kept on getting in the way. but its almost done now. next is to clean it.

i didnt want to go with any other colour because it wont suit the car as my car is an ex taxi wagon. also wanted something that looks sorta from the factory. which led me to do it sliver.
