Hi All

What is the best way to remove old pinstripes? Is there a scraper of some kind I can use that won't kill the paint?

Suggestions welcomed.

BenJ

If they are stickers, something like a caramel wheel would be perfect

Try your hair dryer or a heat gun.

As RedRoo said, I left mine in the sun for a couple of hours and peeled them off.

Thanks for the suggestions.

The pin stripes just come off in tiny pieces. I will try the hairdrier trick and see if it gets any easier.

Regards

The hair-dryer or heat gun will work well. Just be careful not to get the paint too hot.

The paint on my car is so crappy, I doubt you would notice any problems.
