Guys....dumbass question, but when removing the taillight lens to change the globe (EL sedan), is there some kind of trick?
Ive removed the two screws and tried to push it sideways (like the manual says)....but its resisting a lot - and dont want to F**k it. Should i just keep forcing it? Theres a little plastic nub inside the panel that seems to be holding the lens on.....

yeah if it hasbt been done for a while you have to put a fair bit of force into it

Yes. Just force it sideways. The little metal studs may have rusted a bit and are stuck. You wont hurt the car but it may break the studs if they are heavily rusted.

in case you havent done it yet, a mate and i found that putting your hand in behind the light (tilt it out a bit) and pushing from in behind mate it infiinitely easier
