i have a 1990 EA Falcon...and i am looking for some decent 5 spokes for it, either 18's or 19's.

i've been looking at the ROH Vapor, which i think will look good.

another option i've been looking into is some BA XR8 or XR6 Turbo mags...can you get clones that have been offset for the EA's?

yeah you can get the ba replicas for the e series offset. Try ebay, ive seen a few sets go off on there. otherwise just call around a few wheel and tyre places
