The way I see it you have 3 choices mate. Choice 1 = Rip off the spoiler. Choice 2 = bite the bullet and buy a new LEd bar from ford or buy an after market one and install it. Choice 3 = buy another spoiler. if i was you i would have done the same thing to the dog i would have seen red like you would of and would have coped the fine sweet as well as the loss of lic, i see it this way you made sure that dog will never come after a kid again to hurt them good job.
