If you ever want to sell your s2/3 bodykit Strawbz I'd be happy to take it off your hands if the price is right! Back to the topic though, there are a few painters in Penrith, Auto West have supplied me with paint before and I'm sure they have a painting service too. They really know their stuff! Their on Regentville Road, off of Batt St.
