Hey guys, just wanted to know, how in the hell do you remove the caps (the bits that are colour coded) off the mirrors on ED Falcons? Got some paint, and primer and stuff to do it, but can't figure out how to remove. Either that, or has any got any Quartz (purply blue, see gallery) colured mirrors lying around I could buy?

P>S, I know EA's had a small screw underneath mirror holding it in place, but just don't want to force it and break it, as my mirrors are still in very good nic.

Cheers.

sorry mine came colour coded.

i did pull one apart though, was a right pain in the a***. dont think they are actually supposed to come apart.

might be easier to take the whole mirror off and tape it up

They un-clip and they do clip back together. I replaced a mirror and had to paint it. it's a pain to do.

I had to repaint a replacement. Easier to mask it up than pull it apart. 8-)
