heres a pic of my tinted lights - i only did a thin coat to hide the yellowing, i think i used nightshades

had police drve by and one looked at them in the breatho - but i think he was more impressed with the blue led dash mod :shock: :wink:

and when you consider what headlights look like now...

Well in the worst case you get a fine and a defect, and have to make them back to original, does look good though :P

its been like it for more than 6 months - the pic is a little dark though - the grill should look ford dark blue, heres a side view

stuff that, the headlights are piss weak enough as it is! and a bit of high grade wet and dry gets rid of the yellow. i've only ever had to do it once in 2 years

yeah i was thinkin that but i drive in the city mostly (who needs headlights to see in the city??) plus im gonna get spots soon for when i need em - the other thing is when i put the clear side repeaters in i might clean up the headlights then. just wanted to see how it looked...then got lazy :wink:

so does it affect the actual head light? is it not as bright??? and what about lighting up the road? does that decrease?

i only gave it a light mist so its not too bad.... just at twilight - but thats not usually a good time anyway. High beam is still good

yea.. i used the stuff on my tailights... VHT Nightshades... u can get it at most auto stores... i ended up gettin new tailights tho....
