ive seen the tphoon bar on fordfreak efs fairmont, and im going to be buying and doing up a EL XR6 in the near future, and i wanted the know where to get a typhoon front bar to fit the EL XR? can any one help out PLEASE

Contact newgel at newgel.com.au. They make them, but i believe that you cannot get them with the XR lights, that would have to be a custom job.

spoot on brett, no one makes them for the XR's i have asked them but got a response that there wouldnt be enough interest yet

I know of a bloke in Sydney, and there reply was "send us your XR bar and we will make one for you" that is cut up the original XR top and attach to the typhoon bottom.

Anything can be done for the right money. Joining of 2 bars is easy enough as long as you want to spend the money on cutting up 2 bars. New Gel Fiberglass bar is $650, EL XR bar top $200?, if you are interested let me know.

yeh im interested...im still searching for the car itself to buy, want the right car....but the typhoon bar is one of the first things i want to do to it

good choice of bar... what colour paint are you looking for?? pity that not yet is an XR/typhoon hybrid not available... WEIRD! considering theve got it perfect for my luxary e-series.. but not the sports e-series yet...

It will look good once the XR bar is joined to the typhoon bar.

No one that I have seen makes them yet thats why I made mine with XR lights thats my blue 1 above in the pic
