Just looking at buying some rims off my mate and just wondered if they would fit on my car. They are 17 inch, now thats not the problem, they are 8 inch's wide just wondering if they will fit, without modification, and by the way i have an ef xr6. The stud pattern is fine so thats not a problems, any help would be greatly appreciated thankyou.

iv got 7.5s with 235 tires and there fine.
my mate has a 5l ef on superlows and has 255 tires on the back and there fine.
so id say youll be fine mate.

Thanks mate puts my mind at ease just bit wiery whether to buy them or not, but they are so cheap my bought them for $1000 second hand but never been used and he never put them on before he sold his falcon, they are still in the bubble wrap and he offered them to me for $500 i think they retail for $1299

just make sure the offset is ok.

i think almost every person here has 8" wide

Make sure they are pre-AU offset ... should be zero for E-series.
