I'm just about to install a smartbar on my AUII Forte. It's going to have both spot lights and fog lights in it and obviously, I'll need to wire them...

Does anyone know if the wiring harness comes with any provision for fog and/or spot lights, or will I need to add all of the wiring from scratch?

If there is any wiring there already, where should it be?

There's a round connector with 2 spade sockets dangling behind the front bumper that I suspect might be for this.

I'm also looking for suggestions as to where on the dash to put the switches. Next to the light switch? On the centre section near the radio?

its not very hard to do the wiring from scratch for them, and as for the switches, maybe above the fuse box i have seen them fitted, ive also seen the ash tray removed and a plate with switches put there but thats dodgy IMO... depends a bit on which style of switch u go for...
