EF/EL bonnets are not interchangeable to XH.
Here's an option though(view the pics): http://www.fordmods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=23688

EL GT bonnet is the same as EF/EL Fairmont bonnets less the scoop. There is a lot to fit this to the XH. Bonnet mounts different, bonnet latch is different.

Surely the entiure back of the bonnet is different where it goes to the windscreen as the cab is X-series.

It certainly is a fair bit different in the rear area - we've covered it a few times in past threads.

EL GT front bar will fit on though, headlights on XH will be same as EL GT, all you will need is some way to mount the grille.

Actually the headlights are different. The XH uses the EF GLi/Futura headlights. The EL GT uses Fairmont lights (they are shorter than the GLi ones). The Fairmont/GT lights would not fit with the XH bonnet, and the GT grille would not fit between the standard lights.
