Is it possible to swap the front bar from an EF to an EL? Now I know the answer is yes but what I'm referring to is the top bit where the lights are.
It looks like it is seperate from the main part of the bumper and wouldnt take much to swap it over.

If only that part can be done is there anyone who wants to swap an EL XR of the same colour to the EF XR front?

Cheers

Yeah I'd think they'd be as rare as rocking horse s**t. Some people say they look tougher than the ELs.

Any ideas on how much just that bit would cost from Ford?

Better off trying to find a full bumper at a wreckers and re-spraying it.
