I need to increase the seating capacity of my BA wagon. We are about to have a baby which will be our fourth so the 5 seater wagon isn't going to cut it.

I have a 2 seater d**k seat out of my brothers AU wagon. But it is very large and wide and I do not think it will suit as I have the spare wheel mounted in the boot area as the car is on LPG.

Does anyone know of other options available? Are there single seats instead of the double I have available? ANy help hints or pointers would be great!

cheers,

Ash

Front seat bench? but may conflict with t-bar.

Piss off gas system.

My wagon came with a two seater d**k seat, and the spare wheel was in there.

So there must be some around.

Bench seat wouldn't work, plus I haven't seen BA bench seats.

theirs a few out there although, think mainly in utes, and column shift to get around t bar problem, so I wouldn't quite rule it out, although, depending on your options, I gather you wont get an airbag in the bench seat, but that depends what options you have, whether that'd even be an issue.

Lastly in all seriousness, how often, are you gonna need all 6 in the car at once for the occasions you could take 2 cars, or double belt if need be?

I do addtional seating in Vans and Station Wagon, There is a two seater that will suit a BA with Gas. its offset to the passenger side.

I will check however i don't think these are tested/rated for child restraints.. MOST factory one arent

You will be loooking for approx $1700-2000 for a new seat. Fitted - then all you need to get a blue slip for the change of records to change from a 5 to 7 seater.

Give me a ring tommmorrow ARvo if your interested.
