ok it has been about 3 months since my last post, so here is the car so far. This is the final mock up befor final touchup on the paint, interior is wired (now that it all fits ) and the supercharger takes up residence under the bonnet (freedom from the parts cupboard at last)...

What do we think ??

You will all be happy to know that presisly nothing out of a BA just bolts into an AU. The BA as it turns out has 4 things the same as an AU and that is the exterior of the door skins... nothing, and really do mean noting else fits. However do feel free to give it a try yourself, it really is quite a life sapping experience. If it doesnt turn heasds when it is finished I think I will just torch it :P

As for the engine, it is AU that has had a magic wand run over it... ( ok so it has been out a cresent for quite some time turning into not a normal AU engine) so it should be fun :D
