Got a annoying problem with my heater in my EL XR at the moment.
Whenever I turn the climate control to the dial setting of face/feet
Im only getting heat out of the floor, with cool air still blowing in the top vents. When I turn the dial to face only, it blows hot air, same when I turn it to floor only, heat as well.
Got me stuffed why when I turn it to both (face and feet) Im only getting the warm air at my feet, any takers?

Um maybe I didnt clarify enough, When I turn my heater on Im still
getting cold air coming from the top vents, and warm air on my feet.
If the heater is on why would I be getting cold air coming out on the top vents and not the feet? Thats what I wanted to know. It only happens when I have the dial turned to face/feet. Apart from that my heater works fine on all the other selections.

As I said that's the way Ford designed it. Got an owners manual its in there.

Apparently warm air to face and feet cause people to fall asleep more rapidly, hence why it doesnt work that way.
