cant get the needles out to change the stockko black backing to my new white one any tricks to doing this

Last time I did this, I slipped a fork (as in the eating utensil!) under the needle and prised it up. A tissue under the fork will stop you from scratching/damaging the cluster face as it's very easy to damage.

sweet im changing the face any way so i dont care about the damage just wasent to keen on tearing them out and fu*king them
