My GT-P has the blue cluster and ICC illumination (liek the XRs), but they missed a few places - the electric window controls, and the roof mounted clock.

Anyone know if these use the same sort of LEDs as the cluster/ICC, or are they regular bulbs, or little gnomes with flaming torches.

I didn't think the fuel/boot buttons did light up?

Anyone got an idea about the roof mount clock (I think you only get that if you've got premo sound).

Cheers for the reference to aumatt. I can do that kind of work myself, just wanted confirmation they were the same. Does the colour match the cluster/ICC?

doesnt bf fpv's come with iluminated window switches?

pml at the decisions ford make.

btw roof mount clock is a small digital clock that sits between the rear view mirror and the roof to fpv models due to the fairmont ghia style clock being replaced by oil/temp/boost gauges.
its ugly but out of sight so no real issue i guess.
its also hard to get used to looking at them, but i guess if u own one long enough you will get used to it pretty fast.

Yeah the window switches are illuminated, just they left them white, instead of making them blue like the rest of the car.

I didn't know the click thing was only on FPVs. It does look rather out fo place, and takes up the space I want to put the GTech. Again, not made blue.

I've had the car about 3 weeks now, still not used to the clock or the window switch position (so used to using the left hand to operate them in my EL). It's funny, my head knows where they are, but it's the left arm that goes over for them (on the drivers door arm rest for anyone that hasn't seen a BA/BF yet).

Territory TS and GHIA came out with the dreaded roof mounted clock back in '04.

Thank God my TX has the clock in the ICC display ... much easier to see.

If you can ... get rid of the roofmounted clock.

The premium ICC doesn't have a clock (strange but true).

I'll grab some pics and post back.

Bugger ... wouldn't want to be trying to read the clock while driving into the setting sun ... you'd be blind.

Looks very different to mine, like it's part of the redling light/sunny holder unit. Mine's distinctly seperate (attached to the windscreen, not the roof).

Although the clock unit looks the same.

I can provide the correct leds for the window switches, as for the clock, my old Daihatsu Charade had a Vacuum Flouro clock which I think is the same size that might look better than the lcd one.
