the dash beeps for about 30sec when the car is turnned on or starts up its just a ef gli with a fairmont dash and clock?

Airbag fault. Take it to a dealer (or someone else authorised/certified) to check it out for you.

Thats assuming

a) the car hasnt stalled with the headlights on
b) you have a trip computer, and its not beeping 80km til empty

my car beeped when i started it low on oil? but i have no oil sender. oil guage sits on 7 and goes haywire is this normal???

For a Futura it should sit on 7 if you ahve no sendor.
