is there guides inside the door that need lubing as well or just the guides that you can see without removing trims?

naa just get a silicone spray with a straw like thing on it and spray a bit down the slides, will be good enough

No, its too hard to get the graphite powder into the aerosol can. :)

Wouldn't the graphite create a mess if it were applied incorrectly?

Stick with the Si spray I say
