Hi guys,

I know there's a million of these threads floating around but i was after some definite answers and some up to date links.

I'm looking to redo my ef mont with blue leds, I want to do the speedo along with the odometer, the climate control, the clock and the gear surround so i was wondering if someone could give me an answer as to how how many leds are needed per section and which type i.e t5 or t10?

Speedo/odo = Number x t5 or t10
Climate Control =
Clock =
Gear Surround =

Also does anyone from experience know a good shop on ebay to buy the leds in a wide angle as i want to try and avoid the dark spots i've heard about.

Cheers,

Pat

I know a guy on ebay. Sells em pretty cheap. But then again led's aren't cheap.
Clock, Speedo same and climate/gear surround same globes (like the ones under the fuse box passenger and drivers side). Don't know what its called.

Shifter surround is a single T10 globe.

Gauge cluster - 6 x T5.

Clock - 1 x T5.

Chuck another T5 in your ashtray light!

Dunno about climate control as I have the normal aircon. And nobody can tell me how to change the globes that are inside the aircon buttons!!!

I bought mine through "p0o0ohbear" on eBay and had no problems. Very good service.

Climate Control Is the same as Shifter Surround. And "p0o0ohbear" is where i got mine as well. And +1 for the ashtray light as well looks good.

Hey thanks metasaiah and asizzy for your help, assizy do you know if it's just the 1 t10 for the climate control? Also what material did you use for the filter out of curiosity?

Cheers,

Pat

I'm pretty sure there was only three globes on the CC and for the filter it was on the tech docu but personally havent done that on my car, and dont think i would be doing that.
