Hi, I'm after some suggestions as to get the shifter knob back together.

The chrome button and the mechanism have been completely seperated, and I don't think that the screw method would work.

Only way is to cut the leather and remove the screw that holds the button mechanism in.

Then get some proper glue - Bostik make a proper ABS glue that is really good for about $12- and glue the thing back together.

Then put it all in and back together.

Done this many times and its always worked and lasted for ages.
