Hmm this could mean the heater tap is jammed not allowing any hot coolant to run through the heater core, or your heater core is buggered which means replacing or your blend door motor is kaput not allowing the mixture of hot and cold air.

Easiest to replace is the heater tap...or check if it is still functioning properly. Heater core and blend door motor, requires the whole dash to be remove to gain access to it :D. Not a fun job I'll tell you that much.

phong =P~

I would be thinking it is more likely the blend door or a blocked core....

Only because the default position for the tap (without vacumn) is open.....

fingers crossed it is the tap tho.....

Have you done a self test yet??

I take it the LCD display doesn't go higher?

If so, remove the CC unit, dismantle it, clean the button contacts with isopropyl alcohol (medi swab).

Also its an idea to re-solder the pin connectors on the face circuit board, These are common to have the plastic housing rub the solder and short each other out.

Blend door is situated on top of the heater box....to get to it is a dash out job......

The cabin temp sensor is known as a cabin sniffer motor and I'm pretty sure in EF/EL's it is part of the control module. In the EA-ED's it sits next to the trip computer behind that grate!
