The switch in my car to change the door mirrors was broken and i replaced it with a new one from the wreckers. I think it came from a S1 AU falcon where as mine is a S2. Anyway when i set it to change the right mirror it adjusts the left and visa versa. Just wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram so i can maybe just swap some wires over.

I cant remember if its possible to plug it in upside down or not, but it certainly sounds like this is what you've done!

only fit one way because there are little grooves on one side of the male and female parts of the plugs so they can join.

yeah i have same problem..... think i may have put a series 1 in my series 2 maybe?
question is how often do you adjust your mirrors?? or do you use them to keep off gutters n stuff when parking? I know that can get pretty annoying.
Anyone else know why this happens?

Sounds like an EL one. The AU ones are all upside down from memory. Shouldn`t be hard to find the correct one.

def sounds like an el one, because as said before the AU ones are identical but upside down.

i like how the FG passenger mirror goes down to watch the gutter when you put the car in reverse. i wonder if this can be done for other cars as a mod... hmmmm

I believe some of the high spec b series, had it, and then they eliminated it.
at the same time the cancelled it on the terry.
