Just like everybody else, I'm having issues with climate control on EBII.
Anything above 16.5c it blows hot air only, and only blows cold air at 16c.
It's not the blend door motor, as this was changed recently and modified to strengthen the gate linkages. We also checked the sun load sensor on top of dash and it shows a resistance of 13.2.

We also run diagnostic mode by pressing foot floor switch and off buttons, and it showed no codes.

Any help would be great.

Cheers.

have you ran the calibration function (like on an EL) after the install of the new blend door motor?

I got the same problem in my nc fairlane it's the cabin sniffer motor. I have justed replaced it with a 2nd hand one still plays up but not that bad. Try cleaning the sniffer motor and the sensor behind the trip computer panel. Hope this helps
