I own a 1/96 EF Futura and would like to know if it is possible to fit a Climate Control Unit to it? I have the control panel and want to know if anything else is needed and what is the procedure. Any help will be gratefully accepted.

you can do it, but its a bit of work! i've just finished it off in my 95 EF Futura - lol much easier buying a fairmont in the first place!

You need to swap the complete heater box and dash wiring from a high series (fairmont - onwards)

Do a search if you want specifics, its been covered many times

you only need the the heater box wiring, regulator, blend door motor and the obvious control panel,
you do not need to replace the heaterbox or even remove it.

yes, its Very easy to do it if you have the fairmont dash loom + BEM, as it'll be all plug and play.
then you get the other bits and peices EG auto wash and elec aerial and variable dimming

so its a bit of work, and can be done in an arvo... i've done it twice!
