does anyone know how to keep the seat belt symble when making there own dails and whats the best paper to use?

You cant remebber to put on your seat belt?

Trace it over and put a seatbelt thingy in the exact same place.

yeah, I didn't bother, the light is still somewhat visible at night. But yeah, not hard to remember "click, clack, front and back" lol.

think someone asked this before coz they wanted to keep it for some diagnostics mode.. maybe airbag or smartlock?? :shock: :shock:

The guy who made my dials. Cut out the symbol/logo (probably with a stanley knife). And then put some red tape behind it. but then stuck to the red tape - where the sticky is exposed through the cut out some white paper to make it look white (you can just use some of your custom logo/design) when it's not illuminated red. Hope that makes sense.

The smartlock LED flashes smartlock errors, and the airbag light flashes airbag errors. Don't thik the seatbelt light does anything special.

Its a function of the diagnostic display.

However I think its more a safety dervice then anything, I think originally only Ford staff were meant to know about diagnostics.
