hey all

currently i'm looking to get my interior all cleaned up, as i'm not too happy with it as-is :?

heres the list of items to be done:

-s/wheel leather inserts redone in black
-airbag dyed black
-handbrake & shifter handle recovered in black leather to match
-new plush-pile carpet
-kick panels redone in matching carpet
-custom floormats with the ford logo and [UGLYBOB] stiched into them - front pair & a single rear section.

just looking for ideas on pricings that others may have paid for any of these items, so when i get the quotes coming back i know whats in the ball-park & what isn't

cheers!

When i was looking i couldnt find a ballpark figure. I went to 3 different places all for the same things

First place quoted me around 1200. Asked if the had any pictures of work the had done before....the didnt

Second place quoted me around $7500, Showed me photos of what they had done and also had a good name with friends getting seats done

Third place quoted me $9500, showed me work theve done before and sat there with me for an hour looking over my car and listening to how i want it to look and how we could make it happen. The also had a decent name in rodding.

So it all depends on how much your willing to spend for quality and warrenty's. Ask for photos, ask about other similar jobs they have done, and make sure they listen to what you want not what they think you want.

And no my interior has not been done, gotta get other stuff done first then sell my soul.

But i have tickford embossed floor mats. I just got a high quality black mats from autobarn then took them to a embroidery place and got them to put on the logos, I think the mats cost me around $120 and the embroidery cost me just over $200 and i had to supply the template, i drew it in pencil and coloured it with texta haha

quiet you! :P

the seats aren't being touched at all, as there is nothing wrong with them  i'm expecting $200-$300 for the carpet, same for the leather-work, and $100-$200 for the mats - lol well, i'm hoping at least! :?

The place I went to for my leather handle did a good job and quick ... admittedly they stuffed Rod around a bit but I would go back to them - I need to so I can get my handbrake cover done... aaaaand I'm thinking about getting my console lid re-covered...:?
