ive searched through most of the pages and im sure its been done over and over but i dont wanna solder anything or that s**t i just wanna take out my old dash lights and replace them with blue ones does anybody know where i can get some blue dash lights to fit the bulb holders and any other help is appreicated

im pretty sure narva make blue leds which are plug and play. i read a thread on it here somewhere, think u can get them from repco/autobahn/supercheap. do a search and you should find it.

for $2.00 each you can get leds the same as in the cluster weg tipe you use the black or the white holders that are in the cluster ive done mine and its great you get them from the led shop in QLD

Don't be surprised if some of them dont work first up. Unlike normal incandescent bulbs, LEDs are directional (voltage only flows one way through them) - simply remove, rotate 180 degrees, and reinsert. ;)

Autoabrn is where I got mine from so Im guessing your local automotive general store.

Will P No. 47902 fit all falcons or only one model will they fit el Fairmont im not sure what leds i need iv seen so mean types and not sure on taking my dash apart.

Pulling the cluster apart (not required to just change bulbs) is a little daunting the first time, however removing the dash surround is really no big deal, just follow the "Dismantling the EF/EL Dash" section of this doco http://www.fordmods.com/forums/documents.php?doc=1 - Note: you don't have to remove the heater/ac controls to remove the cluster (instrument panel), and dropping the steering column down will help too.
