take the cover off the seat.
pull all the stitching out, mark out what peice goes where on the back.
use it as a patern, get new material, cutt o same shape.
sew together, reattach to cushions and reinstall :P

Lol, that would be hard for my LTD seats, so many different styles and sizes of leather going everywhere.

This is interesting... I'm really wanting to get my seats re-trimmed... I got an awesome price for $1000 for all seats which includes any new padding needed, and done in black velour with navy stitching... but still... a grand is a lot of money if I could find out how to do it myself well. Is there anyone out there who has done it and has pics? There's got to be a million upholsterers and auto trimmers here at Fordmods

Yer mate, im no upholsterer, but im giving it a shot once my cam install is finished. I got some blue suede from when spot light closed down over here, but i think i will try with some white fake fur first (alot cheaper ie. dispensible) :D

some materials are way easier to work with, the fur should be easier then the suede.
